Do you cater for everything ?
The simple answer is: YES
We provide the kayaks, the paddles, the wet suit, shoes, life belts and all the experience you could need. If you need anything else, please just ask.
All we ask you to bring is your smile !
Do you accommodate children ?
Yes - Please ring to confirm your requirements as there is more emphasis on height and weight. These restrictions will determine what we can offer and how you can have confidence while enjoying yourself.
Is there a delivery charge ?
We deliver FREE on certain days of the week to Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire and Flintshire & Anglesey. Outside these times, there will be a charge dependent on factors such as quantity, location of drop off and collection and hire duration.

Should I book in advance?
Yes - It is advisable to book in advance. In the summer months, a high demand should be expected. However, with advance notice, we can accommodate most requests. If you haven't booked in advance don't be put off, we have a large supply.
Can the drop off and pick up points be different ?
Yes - We can work out a plan of action to allow for this and to transport yourselves and equipment to and from your accommodation / transport.
Do I need to give you a deposit ?
Yes - A 25% deposit will be taken. See our Terms & Conditions for more.
Can I buy what I used at hire ?
Yes - A number of our customers become quite attached to our equipment (naming them is optional !). We sell all the accessories too and can help with transport too.
Can you accommodate larger groups ?
Yes. We work with activity and corporate groups as well as party organisers and individuals.
